When we designed the prices for our trainings, we stumbled abou the audio fee, Webex is charging us for the telephone conference.
With Webex you get the video signal via internet and the audio signal mostly via telephone - which makes the audio quality telephone quality.
The fees for the audio component are so different from country to country that did not want to calculate the price with an imaginary customer from Trinidad & Tobago.
For that reason, we have a ground price for the training and the audio fee is added on top of that for each customer separately.
These audio fees are transitory costs for us.
If you ask me, if you can save money and use our VoIP option, we can try that beforehand. The internet is so diverse over the globe that I cannot give a global promise.
We tried it together with a Webex representative from several European countries and it worked pretty fine.
