The business contents of the cross cultural training program are presented on the basis of a case study of a British company which was made into a movie by our partner IWAYS from Beijing in collaboration with the Harvard University and the University of Beijing.

 

Case Study made into a movie

The scientific contents of the cross cultural training program are based on several hours of videos, 6 scenarios and 33 independent videos. 18 international actors participated in this movie.

All differnt courses are assembled of different parts of the 6 scenarios of the case study's storyline covering 180 days of Pauls work in China. Each cross cultural training program focuses on different topics like "Conflict Dissolution in Teams" or "Decision Processes in Chinese Banks".
