Online - Training "Improve Communication with the Elderly", 1.5 hours (either one-to-one or group seminars)

Particularly when caring for the elderly, one needs to rely on non-verbal communication. Most people, however, have not learned to communicate with older people. Thus we offer an innovative online-training programme to increase your ability to read the emotional state of an older patient through reading their facial expressions.

The training is embedded into ten learning modules (Adventures). You just need access to the internet and within 5 hours (over the course of 14 days) you can signicantly improve your level of empathy.

This training is especially valuable for trainees and beginners in the care industry.
